Passa beach is known for its emerald waters and a lush vegetation in the background, on the east coast of Lefkada island. On some maps you can find this place as Perigiali beach (Παραλία Περιγιάλι in Greek language), because it is located between Nikiana and Perigiali villages, just a few kilometres in the north from Nidri.

Passa beach (Perigiali beach) guide
Both sides of Passa beach are quite similar, the shore is narrow and filled mostly with coarse sand and pebbles. In the background there are lush vegetation with reed and some trees. Passa beach is unorganized, so there are no parasols and sunbeds for rent, or beach bars. The sea is usually calm here, and if you take your diving equipment with you, you may see some fishes.
Passa is not so well known on the east coast of Lefkada as other beaches, so it not overcrowded most of the time. In front of the beach you can clearly see the Greek mainland, where higher than a thousand meters and bare mountains are situated.
Other significant beaches in this area are Nidri beach about 2 kilometers in the south and Nikiana beach 4,5 kilometers away in the north.
